Designed for Parents and small businesses who would like to learn how to use their camera, and take beautiful, creative photos to either promote their passions or document family life.

What to expect

This one-to-one course offers a unique and personalised opportunity to kick start your photography journey.  You will learn new skills and techniques, ready for you to practice and develop your own style.

Below is the most popular course package and can be held either at my home or yours.

We can of course create a bespoke course package if you’d like something more advanced.

Introduction Course
£249

The Introduction to Photography Day Course would run 10am-3pm on a weekday of your choice at my home in Higher Walton, or in your home/business if preferred.  This could be a nice option if you wanted me to point out areas of nice light and space during the practical sessions.

I would provide lunch and refreshments for either location.  It could also be split over two evenings if easier, again at my home or yours.

What we will cover:

  • How to get the best from your camera
  • What equipment I use and why
  • Addressing composition and the exposure triangle
  • What makes a good photo
  • How to see and use natural light
  • Overview of how I edit
  • Practice and develop your style through a short practical session
  • Continued email/phone support following the day course

Payment is required upon booking to secure your date and time.

I shall send through a pre-course questionnaire upon booking, to help me tailor your session and get to know you all a little before we meet.
